Life Legacy
Lana Rose Kwiatkowski, 69, of Fremont, died Wednesday morning at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. She was born April 17, 1940 the daughter of George and Lillian (Paul) Krayniak. She was a graduate of Fremont Ross High School. On July 4, 1958 she married Stanley Bernard Kwiatkowski, he preceded her in death on November 24, 1994. Lana a homemaker and childcare provider, was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, who loved traveling and gardening. She also enjoyed writing and typing letters to pen pals in Germany and France. Lana will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and a great friend.
Surviving is her mother Lillian Krayniak, children: Stanley Kwiatkowski of Fremont; David Kwiatkowski of Fremont; Tammy(Lester) Collins of Helena; Timothy (Wendy) Kwiatkowski of Fremont; 6 grandchildren;2 great-grandchildren; siblings: Elise (Dave) Detwiler and Diane (Bill) Vilivia, both of Florida, George (Winnie) Krayniak of California, Jeannie (Ray) Carteret of North Carolina, Karen (Jim) Bull of New Mexico.
Visitation will take place Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at Keller-Ochs-Koch-Mason Funeral & Cremation Service, 416 S. Arch Street, Fremont, Ohio. A Mass of Resurrection will take place Saturday at 10AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Fr. Ken Lill officiating. Burial will follow at Faust Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.kokm.net.
